Shipping Domestic/International
We are currently shipping to all 50 states in the US using USPS priority mail that automatically comes with $100 insurance for your convenience. Shipping plants is at the customers risk. We cannot be held accountable for the treatment of the package during transit, condition upon arrival, or lost/stolen packages. The customer assumes all responsibility for mailed packages and will need to contact the shipping agency with concerns or to make a claim.
Local Delivery
We currently deliver to select Seattle zip codes with an extra $10 fee. We hope to soon branch out and deliver to the greater Seattle area. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please email us a preferred time and place you would like to get your purchase delivered.
In-Store Pick Up
We offer in-store pickup at your convenience! Pick up hours are from 12-5 Wednesday through Sunday unless otherwise specified. Your order must be picked up within 72 hours.
Returns
Deposits for tattoos are non-refundable and non-transferable. Touch ups are free on tattoos done by the artists within the first year of getting them.
In the plant shop we work on case to case basis to find an appropriate solution. When purchasing a plant please remember you are purchasing a living thing that needs time and care. We take a lot of pride in our plants which are examined and cared for deeply until they find new homes. We are not responsible for the plants purchased once they leave our store. Plants and handmade items are non-refundable due to their fragile nature. If given a gift card, you can only use it at our brick and mortar to purchase our products. They are not for online sales or our tattooing services and are not refundable.
